Power Tool Requirement: To assemble the tables, you will need a power tool. We recommend using a cordless Compact Drill equipped with a H2 Phillips Power Screwdriver Bit.

Step: 1: Turn the table on its back. Secure hinges with 35mm screws as shown above. Do not overtighten/strip screws.

Step 2: Keep legs in place with turnbuckles. Tighten the turnbuckles by hand, do not use a tool as this will overtighten the turnbuckles.

Step 1: Secure the leg support section using 12 x 35mm screws (6 screws per side). No pre-drilling is necessary. The screw head should be pulled into the timber by around 5mm to ensure ample strength.

Step 2: Strengthen the table leg with the aluminum brackets. Two brackets per side are required, as shown. Secure each bracket with 4 x 35mm screws.

Step 2: This step is only applicable to the 1.8 and 2.4 tables. Strengthen the table leg with the aluminum brackets. Two brackets per side are required, as shown. Secure each bracket with 4 x 35mm screws.

Single Leg: Secure the leg support section using 6 x 35mm screws (3 screws per side). No pre-drilling is necessary. The screw head should be pulled into the timber by around 5mm to ensure ample strength.

Double Leg: Secure the leg support section using 8 x 35mm screws (4 screws per leg). No pre-drilling is necessary. The screw head should be pulled into the timber by around 5mm to ensure ample strength.
