For local customers on the Sunshine Coast, you can come directly to our factory in Yandina to pick up. Prior notice is required to ensure products are ready for collection.

Delivery – Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Goldcoast, And Surrounding Areas

We can deliver within a 1-hour driving radius from Brisbane. Delivery costs start from $50, depending on the amount purchased.

Heavy & bulky items

To keep delivery costs as low as possible, we book all deliveries with one person on board the delivery vehicle.

Due to OH&S regulations, we ask that you have at least one able-bodied person at home to sign for the delivery and assist the driver with unloading any bulky items or items that weigh over 30kgs. For items over 80kg, we ask that you have at least two able-bodied people available.

The driver is responsible for delivering the goods to your doorstep at ground level. You are welcome to request additional services such as an extra helper or after-hours delivery at additional cost.

Safe Delivery Australia-wide –Interstate (NSW, SA, VIC, ACT, WA) And Rural Qld Areas

Our aim is to provide superior service and offer our customers free freight in as many cases as possible. Unfortunately, due to the size of Australia and the various size products we offer, it’s difficult to offer this to all customers. We will always contact you before goods are despatched if additional charges apply and have the following basic fees.

We can arrange delivery directly to your house (metro areas only), business or a depot near you.

For interstate and regional deliveries, our special chosen freight company will call to arrange delivery as soon as your order has reached your local depot. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery, although the service is usually much quicker (3-5 business days to most capital cities). If you are not sure, feel free to contact us prior to making your purchase.

All items are individually priced so please contact us with your product choice and location for a quote.

We carefully package all orders to avoid damage en route, and to ensure that your order arrives in top condition. We have extensive experience shipping all over Australia, and guarantee that your order will arrive damage-free.

We insure all of the shipments, so if you do find any damage when picking up at your nearest toll depot, we will replace your order for FREE.

We’re Responsible for Items in Transit

To take the burden away from you, we take responsibility for all merchandise while it is in transit to your nearest toll depot. Since you have no control over the shipment, you shouldn’t have to pay for any problems that can occur during the delivery. That’s why we’ll take the burden away from you, and will deal with all delivery issues ourselves and will replace any products, FREE of charge, if they are damaged en route to your nearest toll depot.
